1. 1 gallon of mountain or spring water

2. Measure out 2 1/2 cups of water so you can add mixture

3. 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice

4. 1 cup of grade B maple syrup

5. 1 tsp of cayenne pepper

6. Add mixture to gallon of water, mix well.
